I attended a yoga class with Justine and it was exactly what I needed during this quarantine! I’ve been feeling stiff and less motivated since being stuck in the house and taking her class got me up and moving again. The pace was great, the background music was super relaxing and I left the class feeling refreshed and rejuvenated 😊 can’t wait for the next one. I highly recommend!

Justine was awesome. Very present and mindful. The session really worked me out. This was my first official yoga class and Justine's instruction was simple enough for a beginner like me. The poses were simple too, which helped me feel even more relaxed. I thought I'd be twisted up like a pretzel. The music was soothing. It was so amazing. Afterward I felt so loose. I hadn't realized how stiff I'd gotten. I will be attending again.
